and tracking meeting minutes, pre-construction design phase OSFC reviews,
diligent coordination between owner/architect/MET engineering firms/CM,
subcontractor submittal reviews, RFI review and processing, O&M
tracking and punch list coordination between contractors during closeout
phase and front end bid package preparation.
